GRP, FRP profile, we produce it by a pultrusion technique from resin and reinforcing elements. Polyester resin is applied as a matrix most frequently; epoxy, vinyl ester, acrylate and other resins are used for special applications. In most cases, glass fibres are used as reinforcement, but carbon or aramid fibres are applied too. Depending on the properties required, straight fibres (roving’s), various types of mats or fabrics or their combination are chosen. We are able to offer turnkey projects for FRP, GRP. We outline and supply our profiles range as indicated by the clients’ specialized detail for satisfying their requests. We are backed with accomplished and qualified staff and experts for supplying unmatched quality profiles and GRP profiles. Different breadths, lengths, and shades might be supplied on request. Our Fibreglass GRP tubes are stocked in numerous diameters and wall width. We are outfitted to handle all the necessities and needs of our valuable clients all of them are constructed by pultrusion process. EFG Composites is a reputed supplier among several leading distributors of FRP GRP profiles, as it makes a quality difference by offering premium profiles and GRP tubes in the market. The EFG Composites tradition of engineering excellence is maintained through ongoing research and product improvements. Through comprehensive quality control we insure reliable product performance.

GRP H-Profiles can easily cope with large spans and high forces, and are therefore often used as the load-bearing parts of constructions. It is habitual use Pultruded Profiles in corrosive environments, as a tanks, chemicals plants, ports and promenade. Generally, H-Profiles are used for: staircases, clarification plants, catwalks, and construction structures, GRP ladders substructures for moulded gratings, platforms and as supporting beams. We normally have the dimensions:

Pultruded Fiberglass Composite tubing is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resign system. Square tubes must be supplied in a single moulding process (monolithic product) using continuous pre-tensioned and pre-impregnated glass Fiber roving strands, thoroughly wetted with a chemical resistant polyester, orthophthalic, isophthalic or vinyl ester halogen-free fire retardant resin system. It is produced more than 100 shapes. All pultruded fiberglass composites shapes have surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resign surface in service and increase corrosion UV resistance.

GRP or Fibreglass Structural pultruded profiles are manufactured by combining a resin matrix with a fibre reinforcement. This is formed and cured in a continuous process creating a product of extraordinary strength and resilience. GRP Structural Pultruded Profiles provide a variety of benefits and mechanical properties matching or exceeding steel equivalents.

T-Profiles are often employed as a supplement in constructions. Typically T-Profiles are used for walkways, platforms, supporting structures made of GRP or sewage plants
GRP C-Profiles are mainly used in the chemical industry. Due to their high resistance to corrosion, they are extremely versatile. The applications can be in environments where water (either salt water or fresh water) is present, such as civil infrastructure, water and sewage plants and coastal areas, or where corrosive chemical solutions and or vapours are present like in coal preparation plants and chemical plants. GRP C channels must be supplied in single moulding process (monolithic product) using continuous pre-tensioned and pre-impregnated glass fiber roving strands, thoroughly wetted with a chemical resistant polyester, orthophthalic, isophthalic or vinyl ester halogen-free fire retardant resin system Fiberglass C-Channel is an ideal solution for floor joists in applications where corrosion is an issue and where lightweight structural shapes are needed for easy installation. FRP products will endure a long life with very little maintenance.

GRP L Angles Profile is a profile that use to the sector transport, basically as a lateral profile in refrigerated trucks. The properties of our GRP Angles Profile are excellent for any environment, maintain their mechanical properties at low temperature, have good resistance to impact and fatigue and do not need maintenance, among others. Grp L angles must be supplied in a single moulding process (monolithic product) using continuous pre-tensioned and pre-impregnated glass fiber roving strands, thoroughly wetted with a chemical resistant polyester, orthophthalic, and isophthalic or vinyl ester halogen-free fire retardant resin system. GRP L angles are used in nearly every GRP construction. Their variety of different dimensions allows the usage in many ways. GRP L-profiles are often used for: staircases, clarification plants, gangways, substructures for moulded gratings and platforms
